finish pour and let steep until 1m
at 1m, invert into mug and plunge
froth 150g milk in french press and pour over aeropress shot

overall impressions: frothed milk consistency was better yesterday (probably volume-related)
actually tasted a little sweeter than yesterday, not really sure why
